KHSAN Scholarship Application - editable version

*Update - after we didn't receive any applications for our 2020 scholarships, we've decided to run a stronger awareness raising campaign for 2021 and increase the number of scholarships available this year. Read on if you'd like to see what we had proposed for 2020.* 

This post attaches an editable Word version of our 2020 scholarships pack. We encourage parents and teachers to assist students to complete the form. Students from the 2020 Year 12 class and Year 10 school leavers are eligible. The applications are due by 31 December 2020. Send the completed pack to khsancommittee (at) gmail (dot) com.

The text of the Constitution is copied below:  Constitution of the  Kempsey High School  Alumni Network (KHSAN)  Developed from the model constitution under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act 2009 About this constitution  The constitution of an incorporated association forms the structure within which the association operates.  To assist associations develop their constitution, NSW Fair Trading has prepared a model constitution, which covers the matters required by law.
